Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

1 small watermelon, preferably seedless

2 TB chopped mint (or to taste)


Method

  1. Chop mint. Cut watermelon into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Add chopped mint and stir to distribute.

  3. You may wish to chill before serving.


Variation: Add crumbled feta cheese for a savory note.
