Butter Braised Cabbage

Serves 4 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total time: 20 minutes


Ingredients

4-6 TB butter

8 cups finely sliced cabbage


Method

  1. Finely slice cabbage.

  2. Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large saute pan. Add the cabbage and stir to coat with butter. Cover and set heat to low. Allow to cook for 5-6 minutes, until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
