Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Serves 4 | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total time: 15 minutes


Ingredients

Bacon (optional)

Iceberg Lettuce

Blue Cheese Dressing


Method

  1. (Optional) In a large saute pan, cook bacon until it is crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove to a paper towel to drain. When cool, crumble.

  2. Slice the head of lettuce into two halves and slice one half into 4 wedges. Save the other half for another salad.

  3. Place each wedge on a plate and drizzle a generous amount of dressing over each wedge. Sprinkle with bacon bits, if using.


Variation:

  • Substitute Green Goddess, Caesar, or any creamy dressing you like.
