Power Greens Salad

Speed Tip: Store your leftover washed, dried, and torn salad greens in the refrigerator inside your salad spinner. They will stay fresh for days, and you have an instant salad whenever you want one.


Ingredients

1 bunch of kale

1 head of romaine lettuce

1 bunch of spinach


Method

  1. Wash and dry all of the greens. Tear into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Serve with vinaigrette dressing (or your favorite).
